Avena Sativa is a herbal formula with soothing, calming, and relaxing effects. It is used for nervous conditions and symptoms associated with stress. The calmative and sedative properties help assist the body and mind in handling stressful situations more easily.

Avena Sativa calms the central nervous system and nerve conduction, and regulates circulatory conditions by influencing the vasomotor system. It is effective for nervous complaints associated with the autonomic nervous system including both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Ingredients:

Each 100 ml contains:
• Cowslip (Primula veris) 3.1 ml
• Dill (Anethum graveolens) 3.1 ml
• Hops (Humulus lupulus) 29.4 ml
• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 3.1 ml
• Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) 33.3 ml
• Oat (Avena sativa) 7.7 ml
• Peppermint (Mentha piperta) 3.1 ml
• Pulsatilla (Anemone pulsatilla) 7.7 ml
• St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) 3.1 ml
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 3.1 ml
• Vervain (Verbena officinalis) 3.1 ml

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

• Purified water, ethanol

Recommended Dosage:

Take 30 drops in water three to five times daily, or as needed, or to be used on the advice of a health care practitioner.
As a sleep aid: Take 40 to 60 drops (up to one teaspoon) in water before bed time.
